Dr. Cummings is a Subject matter expertise in the areas of Marketing Effectiveness / Marketing Mix, Next Best Purchase Recommendations, Intervention Assessment, Portfolio Risk, Demand Forecasting, Customer Lifetime Value, Customer Churn, Persona Development, Pricing Elasticity, Sentiment Analysis and Customer Spending analyses.
Dr. Cummings is a certified IBM consultant, global analytics leader, and scholar who has published in the International Journal of Production Research and Production Planning and Control.
Prior to leading Pawling Consulting Group, he has held several analytics leadership positions at HCL Technologies and IBM.
Dr. Cummings holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, M.S. in Operations Management from NYU Polytechnic University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Saginaw Valley State University.
